I read the advertisement in the Natural Awakenings Magazine and decided to give it a try. This was my first experience with a personal trainer.
First of all, my goals were sort of general. I primarily wanted to tighten my midsection a little and lose a couple of pounds during the process. I am achieving those goals! So far, I have improved upper body strength, lost several inches in my midsection, and I feel so much better.
Kerri, I would describe your service as professional, detailed and personal. I would say that you bring the right attitude and demeanor to what you do.
