Real Time Pain Relief - Rub It On and The Pain Is Gone!Real Time Pain Relief Kerri has been working in the fitness and weight loss industry since 2000, first as a manager for Gold’s Gym and then LA Weight Loss. Kerri started Fit to You in 2007 so she could better serve each client’s individual fitness and nutrition needs. She loves staying up to date with current fitness trends and techniques and then passing that knowledge on to her clients. Her training style is encouraging and she has a knack for helping people learn to enjoy exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. The most rewarding part of being a certified personal trainer and health coach is watching clients become fitter, healthier and more confident.

Currently, Kerri enjoys staying active by circuit training, Pilates, group exercise classes, stand up paddle boarding, running or biking outside, and yoga. Her favorite activity is horseback riding.
